minimal liquid to swallow it/chase it (more liquid increases nausea)

the night i dose 2 feet im out of it (literally till sunrise) the next morning up until 2 or so im recovering my thoughts and tending to my body ( you need nourishment desperately ) that night is a weary one and sleep comes easy early for me 10ish (normally im up till 4-5 am). the next day is still tiresome, and if you did more than 2 feet expect physical soreness and potential lethargy.

the timeline is as follows

day before.
-eat all meals, no snacks after dinner
-get decent rest

day of.
-fast all day (0 calories)
-drink a gallon of water (before 3 hours to sunset)
-eat cactus at sunset (up to 4oz per foot, i try to stick with 2, again calorie free)
-no sleeping, trance instead

day after
-breakfast at sunrise
-recooperate, you wont be able to do much for half the day, and the other half will be sub par functionally
-intergrate
-sleep comes easy (dreams might be remarkably profound)

2nd day after
-mild to moderate weariness

I dont blame you, cactus tea can be pretty damn vile.. way more bitter than aya or rue easily. Once you reduce the tea down a fair amount, you could try blending it in some ice cream, SWIM has done that with powder before and it helped cover the taste pretty well.

I kind of fell like I bitched out, but I just COULDN'T do it. I was not prepared for how bad that was. The ice cream thing sounds like heaven compared to the plain cacti tea.

I am currently dehydrating it down to a resin, so I can take that next weekend.
