Changa dosage

I made a changa blend of 1 gram mullein infused with 300mg harmalas and 1 gram deemz. This is a strong blend but my question is regarding dosing the mullein. So for example say 50 mg freebase is breakthrough experience when smoked. Does that mean 50mg
Of the mullein will do the Same? Is just taking a pinch and putting it in a vape going to send me flyin?

You'd want 130mg if I'm not mistaken (50mg DMT, 50mg herbs, 30mg harmalas in the dose), if you want to breakthrough based on your above calculation. However, your sensitivity with be potentiated as the DMT and harmalas interact in your body, so you may not even need that much.

And I just pack a bowl and hit it until I get to where I'm going.
