Changa/Leftover extraction Q

Wasnt sure where to post this particular question, so here it is...

I have 4 or 5 very small jam/jelly jars that I had used for freeze precip.
After collecting as much of the crystals as I could, there still seems to be some white crystals all over that just dont want to come out easily.
Heres my question:

could I just throw some herbs for changa in those jars, toss in some Isopropyl Alcohol, and wait?
wouldt I then have at the very least, some light powered changa?
