I'm trying to grow psilocybin without spores and make mdp2p without pure safrole

MDP2P is a watched precursor, so discussion of anything related to its synthesis or use is not allowed here.
As for psilocin/psilocybin synthesis, I don't know if it could be doable without watched or dangerous chemicals (I'm no chemist), most likely no. And in any case, organic synthesis is a complex matter that requires good understanding of what one is doing. Having to ask if it's possible to do it from ammonia etc. is a sign that you lack the required knowledge. This is not a personal criticism, I lack it too.
Have you extracted DMT or other alkaloids yet? It's a good first step to begin getting more comfortable with basic chemistry and basic lab procedures, plus getting an end product from your own efforts (very rewarding). I recommend you start there

what alkaloids I don't have Ayahuasca or Toads I only have legal chemicals but I have nutmeg and saffron and hydrogen peroxide etc However I do have A mushroom growth kit but no spores just regular spores.From the Attitude:

The former is possible if you're able to find a source of live mycelium. The latter depends on your personal ingenuity and resourcefulness. The process of finding the relevant information is of as much importance as what you do with it afterwards.

How about Erowid? Rhodium? And do you have a particular favorite chemistry text?
Otherwise, grow some plants and find out about extraction. Synthesis is generally too complicated and hazardous for an absolute beginner. If you're dedicated to the art, you should be growing at least one of the numerous precursor- or alkaloid-producing plants already. While they're growing you can learn about liquid-liquid extraction, steam distillation, acid-base reactions, redox chemistry... the list is practically endless.
Nutmeg tends to have a rather low concentration of mixed phenylpropenes, making it somewhat useless as a synthesis feedstock unless you have tons of the stuff, along with access to some fairly heavy-duty equipment like vacuum fractional distillation apparatus.
