Yep, yep, exactly! Very much chocolate tasting, but w/o the sugar. Any kind of sweetener makes it taste just like dark chocolate. I've gotten hooked on adding a tsp or two to my coffee in the morning. I add a little sweetener and whammo, I've got a mild entheogen Mocha! The powder doesn't melt like chocolate, so I have this sandy, bitter layer at the bottom that some how I've been acclimatized to not only enjoy, but look forward too! Go figure! :D
