Concerned about colorization of saucepan after acid cook?

I've just finished my acid cook about an hour ago, and now my saucepan has this oilburn-like colors? I did burn my MHRB at the first boil, so I hope that the color comes from some huge heat concentration or something?

It is supposed to be a stainless steel pan and it has same colorization on both sides, so I can't quite see how it would be the acid eating some kind of coating, but I'm no expert!
What do you guys think? Should I be concerned? Is my spice ruined?
