Assuming you mean to convert your FB to a NPS-insoluble salt, this should get you where you're wanting to go:

It looks pretty easy, what about using IPA 99% instead of Acetone?

An easier method might be d-limo and benzoic acid.

You only need one solvent and any excess benzoic acid wont crash out.

But of course you'll have DMT benzoate not fumarate.

Dry the IPA with something before using. DMT fumarate is quite soluble in water
