I wish I had good ideas. I only have bad ideas... they're not good at all.

ahahha...dont jinx SWIM!! this is still a work in progess..but it seems like its working..he says there are some nice feathery crystals forming..and hes even more excited to evaporate the second FASW..because it seems way way way more yellow...

SWIM hates scraping stickiness as well..and thats why he hopes this works...stickiness is the only reason he does NOT like the d-limonene tek...except hes not doing a 'drytek' with this..hes doing a normal STB with lye..15ml water per gram root bark per gram lye...the reason for this is because he wasnt having good luck with the calcium hydroxide tek with minimal water..just doesnt seem to work for him..

so this tek would be the D-Limonene STB->FASW->sodium carbonate->freebase tek

Good Luck... Try several washes, it should work...
Although when the water evaporates any unreacted fumaric acid will precipitate first before or with the DMT. SWIY could decant the yellow water from the white crystals to a clean beaker or after it all evaporates re-dissolve the crystals in a small amount of water to dissolve the DMT fum and leave the fum acid behind and then allow to crystalize again. This will give beautiful crystals...

yeah i think thats what SWIM has planning...hes just really excited its working because..hes been trying to work with the d-limonene and he wants to be able to pull all the goodies with it...instead of the selectiveness of heptane...

once the crystals are done drying..hes going to weigh them up...and subtract 150mg...thats roughly how much fumaric acid was in ~25ml of water...and then he will be able to easily collect it...he seriously hates sticky goo..so hopefully this is relatively easy..and efficient...so far though..it looks like its doing its job nicely

Hey everyone one hates sticky goo. There is nothing better than nice big crystalline solids.... SWIM thinks SWIY will be pleased with the crystals that result from recrystlizing with water...
