Just buy a cheap 40 dollar dab rig and get a quartz banger. Whether you are sucking it through a straw from a bottle or a dab rig you want to vaporize it not burn it.

That bottle can crack from the heat if it's ordinary glass, a dangerous idea! That light bulb in the background is a bad idea too

However, something like this is possible, using a small heat-resistent vial or test tube instead of a bottle, holding it low in a candle flame so that combustion is incomplete (black soot will appear) and sucking hard through the glass tube 'straw' so that the air flow/vortex cools down the glass while picking up the DMT vapor. Also, get it out of the flame when the lungs are half full and keep inhaling.
Not recommended, most people will end up either burning it or re-condensing too much on the cold parts... tricky.
