Crystals in cubensis tincture

I've made a tincture from 20g of fruits, reduced to 15ml.

Today I noticed the bottom portion of the bottle has clear crystals that have precipitated.

Your thoughts on these crystals?

It's ok, with the right i-phone app you can get a really good FTIR+NMR spec even from a blurry screenshot

Most likely sugars from the fungal mass.
