Cybs ab for psilocybin

10g ground dried psilocybin
Has anyone ever tried it with this method?

Doing an regular AB is not really the way to go, but try nevertheless to learn, if possible I would suggest using acidic acid solution and then after extracting at room temperature filter and base with ammonia to PH 8 and use DCM to extract, also use an protective gas such as nitrogen or argon to prevent the otherwise very fast oxidation. Extracting psilocybin is very finicky and even if you get to a relatively high purity it’s difficult to keep it from degradation.

Try reading up on actual psiloc(yb)in extractions. These fungal molecules are rather more fragile than DMT, and will have different solubility profiles.

I would strongly advise against adding any base before this point (of understanding psilocybin extraction). Solvents-wise, naphtha will likely only be of use in defatting. Psilocybin will be completely insoluble in naphtha as it always exists in an ionic form.

One further point beyond use of an inert atmosphere is that psilocybin, and particularly psilocin, are both subject to degradation by light (photodegradation).
