Cyb's Max Ion Tek with Heptane

Hello all!

I haven't been active for a while however I'm finally in a place where I can run my first extraction!! I'm looking at both Cyb's Max Ion Tek and Earthwalker's take on Cyb's max ion tek using acacia.

The question I have before I begin procuring supplies is regarding the solvent for these teks. As with most extractions they of course use naphtha, only one problem, naphtha is a little hard to find in my corner in the world. I can find heptane though and was wondering if heptane is a suitable replacement for naphtha? Perhaps xylene or toluene? Thank you for any responses.

Absolutely, and it works much better ime
I recently performed my first extraction using heptane and I got my best yeild to date (5.7g or 3.166% from 180g acrb) and since the heptane seems to have much cleaner pulls I did not even need a mini a/b 8) 8)
