Do ingredients have an expiration date?

Good evening everyone!

Thank you for having me here. I came to ask a question which I can't find covered so I thought I'd ask for the benefit of myself and others who find themselves in the same position.

I have the below ingredients which I got 5 months ago. I was wondering if these ingredients would still be effective if I made a ayahuasca brew with them now?

- Banisteriopsis Caapi Yellow Vine (Shredded)
- Chacruna dried leaves (Psychotria Viridis)
- Chaliponga dried leaves (Diplopterys Cabrenana)

These materials should be fine if stored in reasonably mild conditions I think.
