Does anyone know what’s happening

Hard to say unless you provide more details.

Judging by the picture, it looks like you have an emulsion. Try a warm water bath and wait. It can take a bit for a thick emulsion to settle down. If you have a glass rod you can pop some of those bubbles in there. I have heard people placing the jar on a washing machine and the slight vibrations can help break up the emulsion. If this doesn't help the problem then provide everyone with so more information so we can better help ya out.

I have had emulsions because of agitating the solution a bit too much by shaking. I find I usually will get emulsions like that with ACRB because it contains more fats.

This inseparable liquid form can generally be separated by heating above 60°C. The cause of the failure is usually incomplete filtration or irregular vigorous shaking.
