Warning I am not considered normal human being!
Honestly? What are we even talking about here? Personally, I believe—though I'm not making any friends with this statement, especially here—that angels, demons, plasma blobs, plant spirits, entities, dimensions, behind the curtain? Which words fit which construct of reality? Since using DMT, I've had recurring tinnitus effects, synchronicities, or phenomena that, in the "normal/materialistic worldview," can only be explained by "drugs are evil." Leaving that nonsense aside, I now think that certain phenomena you describe are like "waves/vibrations" that force you, or rather your attention, to something. Essentially, what's right in front of you that you might, or most likely, misinterpret, perceive, or overlook. Something like a "hey, watch out, there's a sign with your name on it, and you walk right past it without noticing" beeping sound. Or a "beeping sound in the sense of... believe in that intuition that clicks and explains the world to you without words and with a fleeting thought, even if it contradicts everything you've intellectually told yourself." I know this flickering, also those little shimmering creatures everywhere in the air that move dancing according to electrical fields when you look between things instead of at them. Make peace with it and see it as a gift that you first have to learn to use; it will explain itself to you, but believe that it's rather normal and that the average person has lost access to it. Nevertheless, I would like to point out that I am not a neurologist, psychiatrist, or any other state-approved person whom you can ultimately hold accountable. Anyway, I have days when, when I close my eyes, I see shapes, tunnels, facets, and all sorts of things. Sometimes also a flickering in my field of vision, like a glitch in an old CRT television. Most likely, I think you'll have to choose what you make of it, even if it sounds ridiculous.
The "average" person would probably explain it as screen overload – too much input and too little sleep.
