i got so confused
in the sticky post CHANGA section it says the ratio should be 1:1:1

but in other guides,like hand book it says the MAOI should be 0.2:1
harmala:spice ,and many people say they use 200 mg to 1 gr spice
so what is average ratio,not too strong not to weak.. ?
