Anyone and everyone agrees that the best way to get rid of your basic soup is to use it for its intended purpose. Drain cleaner. 99% of the time, yes, that is the best way to dispose of it.. But today has showed me that it is not always the case. I just finished a recent extract and dumped the soup down my drain. Ran the water for a minute to clear it through. I went about my business for another 30 minutes when I hear a "PWOOMP, clank clank" come from my kitchen. I walk in to find the drain seal had corroded away, and popped the drain out. The seal had completely eroded from what I could only assume was the basic soup(along with years of regular use). It costed 10.25 to fix, but still.. You dont always know what effect youre having on your environment until after its destroyed. That broken piece is severely corroded metal, the black part underneath is some other material..
, I no it's not an ideal way of dealing city the aftermarth but has anyone have a better way ie: burying it but then it's in the soil so advice is needed here !!
