This link was posted from Dr. Rhonda Patricks fb page. Really fascinating, and yet not that surprising that leading an active, fit lifestyle can progressively make headway in the gut microbiome and digestive system.

Evidence like this should be shouted from the rooftops. Not surprising at all to me either really.
