Just did an acacia confusa ectraction. Looked in my collection jar after it being in the freezer for 10 hours. Loaded with crystals. poured out the naptha from the jar and some of the crystals went with it. But a good number stayed. Turned it upside down and let it sit for awhile. came back 10 minutes later and it was all gone. It just dissolved back into the little naptha that was dripping out or something. What happened?! It has happened 3 times so far.

Did you let it sit upside down at ambient temperature? If so, try to place it upside down inside of the freezer. Outside, solvent in the crystals warms up and solubility increases.
Go swiftly... remove from freezer after precipitation, pour solvent to another container (use a coffee filter to capture crystals that aren't stuck to the jar) then place upside down in the freezer, open, with a couple folded paper tissues under it.
