FASA method for salting out harmala alkaloids?

I just thought I'd bring up this question to crack our heads upon. 69ron mentioned that acetone somehow causes a small portion of bufotenine to convert to bufotenine-n-oxide. This also might happen to harmala alkaloids.

has anyone done experiments with the FASA method vs. harmala alkaloids?

would be very interesting to get a tek developed for this.

any ideas?
