Favorite eye candy software?

I have always enjoyed playing around with programs like fractint. This has since become dated and I know there are many different software packages out there that do the same thing or even built specifically for OEV type experiences. I was hoping that some of you could turn me on to a new toy to play with.

What is your favorite toy of this nature?
