First extraction, drying

Hi all, following cyb's hybrid tek and seem to have a result...

Question about drying (fanning)
I have it set up as per pucture and was planning to fan until dry (20 mins or so) as per tek instructions.

Swim has advised I cut the fan and dry for 24hrs. Swim suggests otherwise it'll be waxy and will create dmt oxide...

Is this right? What do you guys think!

Thank-you! 😁 I used 50g of mhrb... I'm going to do some more pulls in a little while as feel my base has more to give... I will say going for the max ion tek as a first is quite complex but I'm a all or nothing kinda person.

If I can help at all just ask. Although I can only go by my very limited experience if I can help I will!

Total yield is 0.896 from 50g mhrb not bad for a first attempt I guess. I'm happy but would definitely like to increase yield on my next attempt.

No but I'm very new to everything relating to DMT I've grown and taken shrooms for a while now but DMT is a whole new experience for me. So i don't actually know what bioassayed is 🙈? Care to explain? I'll get on it then!!

My plan with this is to make vape cartridges. I tried a low dose dmt vape for the first time a couple of months ago and loved the experience. But like shrooms i didn't want to source from elsewhere and decided to extract my own. That led me here, and this is the result so far but I have so much to learn! 🙂

Oh sorry about that. Bioassayed just means tried it, taken it into your body somehow. And it looks like the answer is yes but then it set you on this wonderful quest. 😁

There is lots of information on going the vape cartridge route. I hope that works out well. I understand it is a preferred way to vape DMT these days. I have heard it offers a smoother hit and that the portability factor (LOL - I don't consider DMT something I would take out of my home.) cannot be beat.

I like your attitude and I suspect the spice will too. :)

Just wanted to share...

I made my DMT into a vape juice the other day. I tried it last night. I had the best experience ever and wish I could put into words just how amazing it was. No words will do it justice, I've been tripping on mushrooms for a while now but last night was the trip of my life. It was truly magnificent!

Ever since all I can think about was just how amazing it was and all I've wanted to do is revisit again. I would've gone again straight after but didn't want to take the p*ss, I feel it would've been disrespectful to jump straight in again! How soon is too soon lol as I'm longing to go back 😅

Everything in moderation of course. I was in a good place last night mentally and feel the moment was spot on! 👌

I am so glad you had such a wonderful experience. I sure do understand the desire to return but just a heads up - there is no point in chasing a DMT experience. Each one is surprsing and novel.

Integration time is important but I know when one is starting out one wants to explore the hyperspace realms. And I am a frequent user.

I guess the key to knowing you have integrated the last trip is understanding what it means to you and being accepting and embracing of that while still continuing to function well in normal life.

I would encourage you to start a (DMT) journal if you have not already done so. Write notes about your trips. Write your thoughts in the aftermath as you integrate. Write down your intention(s) as you prepare to trip again.

Then I would say answer the call. You may as well. For almost all DMT users the calls come less and less frequently.

I really appreciate this update and wish you nothing but the best of experiences.
