First time- Is it okay to buy the mimosa in powder form.

i to am a noob in extraction. but as iv read its ok to get powder (i just ordered powder today) i think (someone please correct me )the only thing that changes is about of water you would use. i plan on doing STB and i believe thats were i read it.

That's dead wrong information.

You can absolutely get dmt from mimosa hostilis root bark powder.

To get pretty crystals, you just have to re-x the dmt.

You have a lot more reading to do.

Powder is preferred really, surface area is dramatically increased when compared to whole pieces of root bark, and this reduces the time it will takes for reagents to diffuse and react. Many teks actually include in the first steps: cut bark into 2" pieces before blending to a powder.

Yeah powdered saves alot of time and effort, I always buy powdered. Good luck with Vovin's tek, my current extraction technique is kind of based around Vovin's.

I'm sorry I can not remember the thread at the moment tho I am positive the words of that post were pretty straightfoward.

The reason I can not remember is because I was basically going on a research rampage yesterday trying to fully understand the extraction proccess and changa preperation. I learned and absorbed a lot yesterday. I didnt even understand for sure what changa or freebase was now I feel I have a better understanding of everything.

if its your first time i would go with STB as its almost (i said almost) fool proof iv been trying to learn every bit i can about all the teks and i would also say do more research more more more more. you can never know enough i dont wana stop till iv masted all teks and can go outside mow my lawn bring the clippings inside and extract. sounds crazy but im dedicated!
