hi entheogenstudy,

thanks for the advice, I already removed drugs from my life. I eat healthier, cut my workload by half and try to change my social life to the better.

Please post what you have to say in this thread, there are others on the nexus that had similar experiences, and it could be interesting for them too.

I hear you saying that you feel overwhelmed by a realization of how much influence evil forces have over humans. First of all, you can work to free yourself from this influence by declining to follow impulses toward negative behavior. While others may still be stuck in negativity, your primary responsibility here would be to take care of your own behavior.

Secondly, I do not believe the case is so simple as what you describe. The influence of negativity is not overwhelming. The fact that you may have experienced the evil forces as overwhelming does not necessarily mean that they are so: humans often have experiences that are one-sided and fail to see the whole picture. There is much more to our existence than simply a lot of negative influence. With some time you will probably gain a more balanced view of what is going on."

thanks, sometimes one gets stuck in a swamp... i still have a hard time, but i learned a lot of it and changed my life accordingly. i still have lucid nightmares but learn to accept them and the entities that haunt me, which changes the nature if the dream dramatically sometimes - love your enemy.
