frist ayahuasca brew advice

Hey guys so i just want some advice on my first ayahuasca brew the plants that i have are
-8g MRB
-30g or Syrian rue
-5g or Clavohuasca (panurensis fasciculatus)
-25g Chacruna Leaves (Psychotria viridis)


any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
