you might need to go to a detox. comming off benzodiazepines is dangerous, can even be fatal. i dont know how addicted to benzos you are but in a professional setting they would detox you with phenobarbital. withdrawl from benzos can cause pretty bad seizures. ive seen some guys in rehab  with no family history of epilepsy have wicked seizures. good luck!
