"Accessible" depends on your exact location and skills, but it sounds like we have some goals in common. Where exactly have you got to with all of this so far? What ingredients do you consider to be easily accessible? (Homework question

)
I have Acacia Bark and MHRB
Solvents I have 200 proof ethanol and 200 proof IPA
Acids I have acetic acid, citric acid and phosphoric Acid
For breaking the dry raw material.
I have commercial mill to powderize
For mixing wet solution
I have a mechanical high-speed homogenizer and then later to a 1200 watt ultrasonic homogenizer with a 25mm horn.
*** My thoughts are the Ultrasonic stage would Expedite the long soaks into hours vs days/weeks.
I plant to run a few different soaking methods. Which includes. alcohol + acid, water + acid, water. And then filter *** I planning to trial with water + Alcohol + base
Filtering solution I have 25 micron down to 5 micron for trials
For initial and majority if the reclaim I have the roto vape which will operate under 5 micron of vacuum to evaporate at a lower temp bath.
For finishing off will try some air dry, but I feel it would be beneficial to finish off on flat glassware inside a freeze dryer.
These are my current thought process, but I will keep on reading more threads on this site. I love reading about different teks. Enjoy everyone's enginuity.
