Growing a good phalaris arundinacea

Hey there.

I am not a professional chemist or botanist ect - but I do know my way around a uni lab and follow directions like a good chef. I just received some phalaris arundinacea stock and seeds. I live in northern Alberta without a garden so planting outside will not do. Any advice on a simple indoor operation would be appreciated greatly.

I scanned through and I will need this when I have full grown grass. Thanks again. I was originally looking for indoor growing guidelines for the P arundinancea - I want to make sure it grows up happy.
