Anyone know of any funky interactions? I have been prescribed Celexoxib for my back pain and want to make sure I can safely continue drinking rue at night and smoalking changa as I like.

I've been prescribed Indocid for repetitive strain injury. One of the side effects is increased chance of heart attack so I certainly won't be going anywhere near spice for the moment. But how safe is it to take extracted harmalas? I can't find any contra-indications online or here at the Nexus...

NSAIDs I have used together with harmalas and been okay. I’ve used Naproxen but my guts can’t take it. I’m prescribed 200 mg/ day celecoxib. I stay off it as much as possible tbh but I was on that dose for months and used harmalas and pharma a good few times without anything negative. MDMA was also okay for me on NSAIDs.

I may take the risk, but would like to see if anyone else has anything to share.

Yes I am prescribed 200 mg per day celecoxib. I go on and off it because my prescription is atm indefinite..I’ve been back on it atm after eating everything over thanksgiving…anyway yes like I mentioned elsewhere have not had any issues with harmalas, MDMA, DMT, psilocybin or ketamine while taking it.

There are some side effects I am sure you have already been made aware of…like try not to get a sunburn/ cover up etc because it can increase your risk of skin cancer. My Dr was monitoring my blood pressure and liver enzymes at first but I she felt I was doing okay and I take it less often than not now and I try to cut my dose down to 1/3 if possible because 200mg is a lot. I think this is mostly relevant to long term use though.

Hopefully it gives you some relief. It worked for me when ibuprofen wouldn’t even touch the nerve pain at 1200 mg.

Thank you, man. Yeah, I am currently prescribed it for just a month along with cyclobenzaprine. I'm confident I'll be okay, as I am most interested in likely contraindications for the minute amounts smoalked when smoalking changa.

And 1g of rue doesn't have too much harmala content, so I'll likely be good there as well.
