Harmine and THH ratios

Just wondering if anyone has experimented with different amounts of Harmine and THH and found a sweet spot? I've tried both separately, but have yet to combine them.

I myself experiment with harmine, harmaline and THH at the moment, so this topic is of interest to me too.
I haven't found my sweet spot yet, but the mixture of harmine and THH is what I currently explore. Last time I took a cap with 100mg harmine and 50mg THH. It was nice, but subliminal. Next time I will add 25mg more of each, as I feel there still some room for improvement.

It helped with smoothing out and prolonging the DMT experience though.

Is this for oral or vap'd DMT? The amount of harmine seems a bit low for full MAO inhibition, so I'm assuming the THH does the rest? What have you noticed about adding the THH to the mix?

doin same test sublingually (15 mins minimum)
I got nice results with 40mg harmine/harmaline and 40mg thh; it seems that the thh enhace the mood, meanwhile the harmine/harmaline alone is a bit sleepy.
