Head twitches

Hey folks, first of all i have to say I'm on SSRI (medium dose Sertraline).
I just did 60mg freebase of NN-DMT and I was kinda out, I don't remember anything, and time passed quickly. I'm only a bit worried about the fact that I have these 'head twitches'. I don't know if it is a relatively common thing or is it really a warning sign? It's actually a bit more than just head twitches, it's also a kind of noise coming up with it, but very quickly and intense. These twitches/glitches are very short, but it's a bit creepy. It feels like if it would last longer it would be a real problem.

Has anyone experience with this?

I am also on Sertraline! (weaning off though)
I get these head twitches as well on psychotropics/psychedelics, THC, Psilo, and LSD included. Just my two cents, I'm not too worried about it!
Regarding the noise coming up (I haven't had a proper DMT trip yet) I believe this is relatively normal! I've heard plenty of people report a sort of "whining" or high-pitched noise during come-up.

Might you have these so called "brainzaps"? Those can happen and will usually get quickly less over time to finally disappear completely.

Thank you so much for the terminology. Now i can finally do some research about it hehe. It was pretty difficult to describe what i felt to the internet.

Hey, I also was planning to wean off. But I have way more anxiety and ocd so i'm gonna back to higher dose... And for the dmt, i did plenty and didnt have any problems anymore!
