Heat Treatment - Safest Temperature in Plant Form?

For drying out plant matter in the oven. In its original salt form, how high a temperature can plant matter sustain without releasing its desired components? Drying out naturally isn't an option because it takes FAR too long and doesn't quite get all of it out not to mention any loss of dmt due to oxidation.

For the moderators, I have researched and there is NO information regarding an actual safe temperature. My previous threads have not been replied to with an adequate answer and the last one was moved to what the faq?

Did I not answer your question in my original post? Let me clarify it to you... I Did Not Get An Answer. Do you have an answer? An answer would be a lot more helpful than to destroy threads that promote knowledge.

It is hard to give a definite answer to this. We know that DMT salts are more stable when exposed to heat than freebase DMT, but the melting point and boiling point of DMT vary depending on which salt form it is in. DMT occurs naturally as a salt when it is present in plants, but we (or at least I) don't know what salt form that is. Therefore, we (or at least I) can't determine the MP/BP of the naturally occurring DMT salt(s).

I'd say your best bet would probably be to stay on the safe side and go with a temperature on the lower side of the spectrum. Worst case scenario, it takes a little longer to dry the plant material and/or you have to up the temperature a little bit in order for it to dry completely.

Thanks for the input, what is considered low spectrum temperature? 100 c?
