i suffer chronic depersonalization(the logic is not well connected, attention deficiency, long term memory issue),before its manic, and ocd
now i m on low dose tegretol(mood stablizer),antihistamine like trazadone for sleep, low dose benzo,5mg of abilify
i guess my brain is wrecked by benzo withdrawal just about 2 years ago also seizure, then antipsychotics like olanzapine and risperindone 20mg,make my brain structure change
i m a very practical person,i dont expect to see deity or some alien,i just learn that dmt dealed with serotonin, like psilocybin(i hear psilocybin can be growed from grain fed cow dung,i will try to grow it and identify species if dmt don't work)

i meet some people having success story like using iboga combining with panax ginseng, revive his brain,he can feel his long term, short term memory, inner monologue again

or a brazilian get a stroke from his head hitting by a bar also from strong anxiety,or psydrug,he drink ayahuasca bought from the indigenous here, after drinking it the ability of thinking get back to 40percent

i m not very drug addicted,i exercise like running 3.5 miles to 5 miles 6 minutes pace 6 times a week,

the dmt analogs in my area is acacia confusa stem bark, its contains nmt mostly, also mao-i syrian rue can be found in herbal shop

i wonder if i should make it as crystal not combined with mao-i or brew the soup

sorry i just ask too much question,i will do the research also learn the safety caution

the psychedelic i had try is marijuana and dxm, just 5 to 3 times

nice to meet everybody who is experienced and hoping i can learn the precious technique from the master here

As a general warning: your mental and medical history does NOT sound like you want to go the psychedelics route.

You have several red flags that are raised, where it is much better to seek professional help for solid mental healthcare.

Hope this is not a bummer for you. Psychedelics are not a magical cure, they are part of the tools, not the end solution, better be used by people with a stable background.

Kind regards,
