AHH. Bad attempt at being funny. Thanks for having me here. I am looking to expand my mind and do my first extraction attempt so that I can share the experience with fellow likeminders and know the product is of the utmost quality. So far I have driven over 100 miles trying to find this VM&P only to realize its just not around anymore. I settled on 6 bottles of the miniature Ronosol 128ml lighter fluid, with stern curious eyes locked on me as I checked out of my local ACE.

I will be providing pictures and commentary on my very first pull, using ACRB and CYB's salt tek. Hopefully it will help other first timers in their mission on trying it. I am good to go on supplies just waiting full member status to post the live pull I've already learned so much from this site, thanks everyone for putting in their .02's with trial and error.

Also...I sort of ventured around ACE and read every single bottle of potential pulls I came across...and stumbled upon ultra pure lamp oil containing petrol. distillates....very cheap compared to the Rosonol. Has anybody tried using this ? Thanks

What is the brand/product name of the lamp oil?

If it the same as stove oil, most of it has a rust inhibitor added. This taints your extract, and needs to be washed and re-xed many times to get a usable product. Not worth it in my opinion.

Wow! 100 miles just for some shitty lamp oil? Have you thought about getting things shipped off the net? Way cheaper, if you are in the country then you can have it delivered to a postal office (orders 20 litres of naphtha lol).

I think the strange looks are because they suspect u of arson, I have the same but I sure them I am a professional zipper lighter analyst and competitor.

Also look at other solvents on here, I know there is heptane, dcm and xyelene and touline, some pick up dmt more than just lighter fluid

How many pulls is 50mg acre worth? I'll reuse my nahptha but should I dump the gunk after I've ran 250ml nps through it?

I am guessing you meant to say:
How many pulls can I do on 50g acrb?
You can keep pulling until nothing precips from the nps.
I usually do 5.
50g should yeild between 500mg - 800mg, being your first time if you have 500mg, well done!

Also, we are awaiting your first trip report let us know how it went.

Yeah, I used Ronsonol lighter fluid a few times with good results. I only bought one at each tobacco store though :roll:

Best to do an evap test on the lamp oil - check it evaps clean without any odour at the end.

Know what you mean by pricey with the lighter fluid. I've bought a 20 liter can of heptane now which works out approx. 2275 times cheaper per pull

Well, I was banned for a week or I would of replied. Not sure why either as when you login there is no reason or email saying why. I guess my jokes violated the terms of the site...I can see that. Its probably best not to even joke about it. I hope it wasn't for the how many pulls is my acrb worth...I was talking about how much nahptha can I run through 50mg...could of worded it better.

Anyhow, first pull yielded orange paste ? But it did the trick. Smelled like god awful new car interior or something, can't even describe it. Trip was wonderful. Second pull got me a tiny bit of brown goo...and I mean a tiny bit. Got rid of it. Going to try the 100g acrb with a mini A/B next...that tek looks awesome even though it uses double the nahptha. Thanks for the help guys especially Jay
