Help Identifying this plant please

In my endless quest to find DMT-producing plans in my region (Middle East), I've come across this plant which I can not identify. Can anyone help me out?

I'm not entirely sure what they are either but they're everywhere around where i live (Northeastern United States).

Just looks like wheat man, not too sure on alkaloid presence within wheats and such, hopefully someone else can share their knowledge on this.
