Help with Acacia Cultriformis extraction

For the last couple of weeks I've been searching around my area and on my property and I have come across many different types of acacia. I have found a suitable tree the acacia cultriformis But need help on how I should harvest it and extract it. It is in flower at the moment and I only have one acacia cultriformis that I know of so I don't want to damage it or kill it.
