Just check up on the literature for the relative potency per weight of aborts compared to a fully grown shroom and find wise guidance on the amount you should take! The remainder can always wait in the freezer for a blue juice day.
 
Just read up some. A lot of varying reports on aborts (poet and I know it). So I’m thinking I’ll skip the rue maybe, juuust in case. I’ll set myself up with a good setting and my wife will be there for grounding(in case they’re stronger than they look). I’m used to a 3-4 gram trip, so I think I’ll be good with around 1 1/2 grams of these. Famous last words, right...

This is stressing me out a little. Normal? If I can even get a good pic. Let’s try...


Ok, so pic loaded, and you can “kinda” see what I’m worried about. It has all these little bumps on it. You can’t quite see in the pic, but they are white and fuzzy. On the end of the cake, I kind of got a profile where you can see them sticking up. Those are the suspects. Any input fellow shroomers? I know the tomentose growth can be white and fuzzy, but “remembering”(stoner here) ehat I read from some books, I thought that happened earlier in the process.

How was your journey?
 
The wife vetoed me and ate them herself. She ate about half of them and got a nice glow as she described. She’s eating the other half tonight. I am happy with it just from her feedback, as the amount she ate I didn’t think would even be noticeable.

On the fuzz thing, just waiting a day eased my worries. There’s 3 tiny shrooms starting to grow from some of those spots. The cakes just look like they have a rind or something growing on them. Kinda looks like the cheese I age at work.

Side note, did your user name change? It was sinister right?

Glad to hear you got good results! She knows about tolerance I presume? I try to wait two weeks between my psychedelics.
 
I am just amazed at how fast these little guys grow. This is the same shroom as the top pic from the previous post. Only 2 days later. It just dosnt want to turn up either. It keeps going straight out.

Not quite ready for printing-- you want the caps to open up and you'll see it turning dark underneath when it's ready to start dropping spores-- :thumb_up:
 
I can’t find my shroom book that I usually reference! I had it a few days ago, but now it’s gone. I thought after the veil broke it was about to drop spores, but I also found pics where the cap was much more open for the print.

They’re so fun to watch. Some grow a half inch a day, others are still tiny. I laugh every time I look in the tub, because the immature child in me still thinks dick and fart jokes are funny. And, well, just look at them...
 
First flush. Crisp dry weight of 7.5 grams. Average? Below average? I have 5 pf cakes. And one of them is only showing fruit on the second flush, so that weight is from 4 cakes worth of fruit.

The most fun time for me to look at them growing is when I'm under their influence. The spirits seem to emanate in waves, the life force bursting out of them...
 
I will let you know my feeling on that after tonight. Im eating some of those tonight, and I will inevitably look at my grow 20 times throughout the night, as I do this sober. Very excited to be indulging on the fruits(literally) of my labor. First time my energy will be coming back to me through a psychedelic I grew myself. Oooh weeee!
 
I ate just shy of 4 grams. It was quite a nice experience. Not the most potent mushrooms I’ve eaten, but certainly potent enough. Nice and colorful with morphy visuals. Watched the second and third matrix movies. That was trippy. Then i commenced smoalking some spice, which was a smooth and beautiful transition. My wife and I talked about some deep and fun conversations for a few hours. It was a good night. And something I noticed is that freshly dried shrooms taste much better than older ones. Next time I’m gonna approach 5-6 grams.
