How long should I not do amphetamine-like stimulants after ingesting syrian rue?

Hello everyone,
didn't find any clear information about this topic, so I'm asking the following:
I ingested 2,5g syrian rue last evening around 10pm. Is it safe to do mdma about 24 hours later or is there still a significant MAOI-effect in action?

24-hours later is fine. Just don't take the two together.

(Personal suggestion: Be careful with that MDMA. Once in awhile is fine but as someone who used it many, many times in the past I can still feel long-term effects. Use wisely and cautiously.)

^ This, little did I know the dangers of abusing this stuff, let alone doing it in your formative years. Its a wonderful substance but needs to be taken with caution e.g wait long enough between rolls and don't be stupid dropping .5s like I did in my teens. I am too still feeling the effects of burning my receptors 9 years later, not to mention if i took it now the 'magic' is completely lost, just feels like taking amphetamine for me now.

Forgot to mention this one -- Exact same for me. A recent attempt ended with nothing more than a headache and jitters. The magic is now all gone for me as well.

Yea I've noticed a decline in the magic too, but still enjoying it from time to time.
Never binged on mdma though, luckily it seems.

MDMA was ruined for me even before I took it. To much fakes around. If you buy MDMA where I live you just end up with meth or worse.
I rather stick to my laughing gas and wait for the day I find a nice dealer.
