How many extractions?

In the final stages of the acetone / sodium carbonate tek - how many times should the acetone be added and DMT collected? Will one steep get most of the DMT out or should this step be done 2-3 times to get all the DMT freebase out?

Also what are peoples thoughts on how long the acetone/MHRB should be left when extracting the freebase out? Is it a case of hours or days?

Any advice is much appreciated.
