@Memberberries DMT is a Holy Molecule, and it has helped me and many other people. It's not 'just a drug', so please do not use that term in reference to the Holy Molecule!
I'm currently in a point in life where I don't know what to do with it anymore, so I want DMT to help me find a purpose. I was wondering what the correct dosage would be for my first time trying it.
It is your belief though. You can choose to believe it’s sacred, that’s your personal decision. But don’t expect others to hold the same beliefs. Let’s not confuse your feelings with the reality of others.
You know, the word 'drug' has a negative connotation due to the 'drug war' and related stuff. I would avoid using this cursed word. Also, it can be a drug and holy at the same time. They're not mutually exclusive. "A Holy drug," Easy. The hang up on the term drug is connected to an individuals connotations and associations to the term in this context.
This, you are a wise man.Just as any other similar topic on Nexus it shows that there are as many opinions as people around.
How you relate to DMT is very personal and depends on a number of factors.
No one can say what it's going to mean to any particular individual.
Maybe it's not the answer, but it very well could be a door to your answer.
Start slow, prioritize safety and see for yourself.

Not I. I've listened to too much Shulgin to have a negative connotation. So the word being "cursed" isn't even debatable in my mind. It's a lil nonsensical. While words have power, they don't have absolute power. You know, the word 'drug' has a negative connotation due to the 'drug war' and related stuff. I would avoid using this cursed word.
Following that logic, does the word "holy" have a negative connotation because of the "holy wars" (i.e. the Crusades)? Do you see how you're unsuccessfully playing a game of semantics? I believe you're coming at this from a good place, a place of protecting the value of psychedelics, but you're doing a poor job at properly conveying your point. You know, the word 'drug' has a negative connotation due to the 'drug war' and related stuff.

Yep, and just addressing other things in the processJust to remind everyone, the question was quite straightforward.
I have answered this question right away.Just to remind everyone, the question was quite straightforward.
No wars are holy my brother all wars are disaster for people."holy wars"
Okay then. I can review my opinion on this word. Not I. I've listened to too much Shulgin to have a negative connotation. So the word being "cursed" isn't even debatable in my mind. It's a lil nonsensical. While words have power, they don't have absolute power.

This is what I saw reading the end.Was it, though?
The question was both presented in the context of hoping that DMT would help OP find a purpose in their life and asked by someone who has never done DMT before. The twofold reality of having no DMT experience (to the point of asking for basic dosing information that's readily available) and having major expectations from this drug (whether psychedelic substance or sacrament is irrelevant, imo), sends up red flags for me and suggests that engagement beyond simple dosing information is warranted.
Put simply, if someone came to me hoping to find purpose in their life through the use of any psychedelic, I would urge caution and suggest alternatives (while perhaps trying to learn more about the lack of purpose and desire/hope for a psychedelic catalyst). In the case of DMT, I would urge extra caution.
If you saw someone powering up a Stargate (while asking how to use it) in order to take a trip to the local convenience store, you might say something (beyond showing them which symbols to punch in), no?
