How long after using Kanna should I wait to be safe using Harmalas ?

Hi, I love Kanna ( Sceletium Tortuosum) , it has SRI and mono amine releasing effects, I'd love to try mushrooms with harmalas or maybe Chacruna , I've got HCL extract and Syrian Rue .
How long should I wait after the Kanna to be safe and avoid any interactions ? Is anyone familiar with this plant ?
