I took very large amounts of DMT for spiritual/personal use for years

Migrated topic.

The one thing I would say is be very careful with taking Syrian Rue too frequently. If you ever try to dose daily with this (which I do NOT recommend although I did it as you can get messed up pretty bad) you absolutely must rest your body from MAOI inhibitors a minimum of 1 day per week and preferably 2. Also, I have taken way more MAOI inhibitors than are recommended, in a way that I believe would put several grown people in the hospital (for some reason I have an extremely strong tolerance to these kinds of things that ais NOT normal). Be very careful to measure it and only use the recommended amount.

The other thing to be extremely careful with, is the brain can produce incredible delusions and if you are taking very strong DMT drinks, you can believe these delusions. Overall, while I believe in the spiritual universe, I believe that a vast majority of hallucinations people are experiencing are actually the byproduct of neurogenesis and also unconscious thoughts coming to the surface. I.E. the brain is growing and the growth is producing visual distortions as it is not used to it.

Ah, another who has gone hard on the drink :)

Luckily it seems I have a strong tolerance to it too, what adverse side effects did you notice from not taking 1 or 2 break days per week? I recall starting to feel nausea after the 3rd day.

I can confirm that the mind begins to be altered after a few days. I started to become overly confident and careless about normal social interactions where I would say shit that was not appropriate. My impulses and actions were more raw and more focused... obsessive.

It has been interesting to retrospectively see how my thought process was after a week of ayahuasca and what it is now. Errors were made, but they were all learned from.

Can you share your recipe?

I have tried to make and take ayahuasca several times now and it hasn't produced any effects.

I have mimosa hostilis bark powder from two different sources, caapi powder and caapi resin, and harmala 10:1 extract.

Overall, my personal experiments have confirmed that reality is essentially some form of decoherence from the dimensions of consciousness, and the more powerful of a consciousness field we are producing, the more powerfully reality can be affected in some way.

I think I know what you're talking about. I think reality might basically be a consensus formed from all of our perceptions and expectations and as such it is easier to influence certain things that most people don't pay attention to.

For example: it would be hard to change the color of the sky because EVERYONE sees it everyday and they expect it to look a certain way. However what number will appear when you pull a ticket out of a ticket dispenser is easier to influence because nobody cares or has any expectation what that will be. (I have an anecdote about this with a friend as my witness, but it's not really important :p )

In fact I think this is mentioned in some Mahayana Sutras. At least some schools of Buddhists believe that reality is a consensus.
