It doesn't look like Banistereopisis Caapi at all to me. No floral face and there are too many grooved helix sections IMO. The moss and Lichens look more like northern woodland's than rain forest possibly.

Where did these cuttings come from?

I live in the forest. There's caapi growing here for a fact, but i want to be 100% that is caapi. I think one of those are black caapi.

Im pretty sure that this one is caapi. The thing is that if this is caapi, its really young.

Its really hard to tell with that blurry picture. I can almost make out a floral pattern in the the newest post.

Where are you located? How do you know for fact caapi grows there? I ask because some of those pics do not look like caapi to me nor does the moss look like anything Ive seen in the regions caapi grows. but Im no expert.

Caapi is pretty clearly visibly caapi. Its not usual a hard plant to ID.

The last one on the left and under appears to look like a type of knotted caapi, but the one on the far right doesn't have any caapi appearance at all. The ones in the middle look like caapi.

Could you post a better lit closer up shot like this one please? There is something interesting in the middle.

I think it may be a red Caapi, but like Trav said, probably unwise to try unless you have a 100% cert. (You may have some Caapi there, you may not. Perhaps some more cross section shots and specimens are required. And leaf photos to help.)

There are many jungle vines that appear like Caapi but that are not.

Im pretty shure this is it guys .
