A friend of mine recently talked to me about loading up the last of his DMT into his pipe, he didn't measure it so there is no way that they can how much DMT it was. He said he felt a strong body load, like a rushing sensation, but he saw no visuals. He is wondering what does this mean?

Just had my first encounter with DMT yesterday. It took 4 tries before I actually had any visual effects. The first 3 times I felt an anaesthetic feeling as your friend described, purely physical with no visuals. Once I took a proper hit however, it was completely 100% a different experience... Perhaps he just wasn't ingesting it correctly or he didn't have enough.

It could've been the method or the unknown dosage amount which could have been undershot (possibly). I tend to go with poor smoking/vaporization technique. Usually an immense body load is the initial stage of the experience. And yes, it can be very uncomfortable, but if done correctly that will quickly transition and that feeling sorta gives way and before you know it....your awash in beauty!:d
