I normally do the acrb but I’m trying some mhrb i do the A/b with the acrb but I heard the tek with the mhrb is different. Can anyone tell me how so . I want to make sure I do it right . Can I just do the A/B like I do with the acrb

As @Transform indicated you can find a good start in the wiki by looking at DMT extraction paths and the recommendation for doing it straight to base the first time is rock solid. I'm a big fan of Noman's DMT for the Masses TEK
