Hey all,
Great little community you have here, looking forward to obtaining and hopefully passing on some knowledge and experiences some time in the future maybe :?
Long term no-gooder with some psychedelic experiences but not the spice yet.
Got my first mini A/B on right now so lets see how we get on :|
I'm a physics graduate and always been fascinated by the universe and the nature or reality. Since studying quantum mechanics I have always thought that there is more to the universe and consciousness than the causality based nature of matter and existence that was always my previous view, now I'm not so sure :?: .
More recently I have been reading into more the philosophical end and love nothing more than a good thought experiment to exercise the old grey matter.
Right now I've been contemplating simulation hypothesis (ancestor leaning) but I'll no doubt be debating that with y'all guys in the near future
As stated, I haven't actually tried the old spice yet but as you can read from above I think it may well suit my current mindset and mode of thinking but I'm not going to make the plunge until I'm 100% prepared, mentally, physically and spiritually.
I'm currently an aetheist but obviously from above I'm not 100% sure anymore that there is no creator, even if he is a spotty kid in his bedroom somewhere As I've always stated, a good scientist should never have a closed mind and I'm really hoping my coming adventures in hyperspace (I hope) will open it further!!
Got a good wing man (lovely lady) in the form of my partner (another no-gooder). We've been together 21 years now and she will be boarding the ship with me when we are ready.
