One of my batches is polymerized (it looks like solid, light orange plastic rocks). Can it be dissolved in PG as it is, or should I attempt to depolymerize it first?

Is polymerized DMT soluble in PG?

Not speaking from direct experience, but from what I've seen here on the forum, allied with general insights about the behaviour of DMT, strongly suggests to me that you'd be better off depolymerising it first.
Even if it did dissolve, my educated guess is that it would turn into a tarry mess more rapidly than usual. I suspect there's good reason why one sees so often the recommendation that only sparkly white crystals should be used for preparing ejuice.
Don't let that [dogma?] discourage you from experimenting, however!
I will depolymerize it first, then. I may save a small amount of it polymerized to see what happens; as you say, it's a good idea to experiment if it's not something that has been already definitely found to be the case.
I tried with 250mg in 0.75ml PG and 0.25ml VG. It seemed to dissolve well, becoming transparent. As it cooled down, some very very small needles formed. They're not a lot, the juice is still transparent. It's as if it had some micro bubbles, but they're very small DMT needles instead. I will try re-heating it to see if I can get rid of them.
Those needles ended up disappearing by themselves. Now it has been homogeneous and stable for over two weeks. The only difference with the juice I made from crystals is it's orange instead of yellow.
