is there a definitive highest yielding tek for MHRB?

No, straight from the Nexus FAQ:

There is no "best" tek. All teks featured in the Nexus Wiki should result in similar final product purity and yields, if correctly performed.

Any good tek should be able to get you most of the magic present in your plant material. They just differ in how much work it takes you to get there.

Indeed if you pre lyse. However cybs a-b hybrid max ion tek has many reports of a high yeild. No doubt because its a one-pot method with minimal opportunity to spill during vessel transfer. Also the plant matterial stays in so it gets lysed all the way until the solvent pull.

So far the highest yield I've seen so far is 2.5%, although that must have some unusually potent bark.
Figure on 2% max for MHRB and 1.5% max for ACRB.

I don't no about MHRB but with ACRB I consistently get 1.2% yeild with max-ion TEK :thumb_up:

Thanks for the input people. I could of sworn a few.months ago I was reading a tek that claimed 5 percent yields.

You can't yield higher than the %alk bark contains. Think about it...

Most material you will find contains ~2% or less DMT.

Iirc, the sodium carbonate/ethanol tek mentions a ~5% yield but also identifies it as very impure. This means that even though you may get 5% yield, less than half of it is DMT.
