Is this Naphtha ok?

Hello all, a new curious mind here.

I've had a really hard time finding Naphtha in Canada. Was originally going to use Ronosol but I hear that is not safe anymore due to other impurities found in it.

I did however find this : VM&P NAPHTHA – R1K3 - Sherwin-Williams

Can someone advise if this is safe for extraction?

Do you know what R1K3 stands for? This is my first time using these chemicals and I just wanted to make sure everything is safe and in order.
