Is Yuremamine Extracted in Typical Boil Extraction of Mimosa Tea?

Hi. From the thread on the mytery alkaloids of mimosa, it says that yuremamine isn't extracted with typical extraction methods. I was just wondering if the thread was talking about non polar solvent extractions, or if it includes boiling? Thanks.
